Cancellation Policy

At DNA Detailing, we value your time and ours. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No charges will be made until services are completed, unless a cancellation fee applies. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance without penalty. You can make changes through your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 75% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide high-quality service to every client.
